Kaluza is seeking a Technical Lead to join the Engineering team in Bristol on a hybrid basis (three days in office). You will own a slice of the product end-to-end, from design conversations to production, leading with a product-minded problem-solving stance and leveraging AI coding agents as a default.
You will work with a TypeScript/React stack, GraphQL, Kafka, AWS and Terraform, building scaleable services and guiding junior and senior engineers.
