Job Requirements
- Experience in project management or digital media production, or a degree in education or media
- Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in managing e-learning projects; especially in the compliance field.
- Understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
- A passion for innovation and quality.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Management & Delivery: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans; manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Governance & Reporting: Regularly report on project progress to senior management and clients.
- Pre-Sale Support & Change Requests: Assist in the preparation of project proposals and manage client change requests.
