Key responsibilities include:
- Design unforgettable learning solutions that reflect the Unforgettable Learning brand and human-centered design principles.
- Demonstrate best practices in learning aligned to Sponge's strategy.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to drive clear learning outcomes.
- Deliver client projects on time, within scope, and at high quality.
- Evaluate the success of learning interventions to ensure impact and alignment with client goals.
- Support the development of others through knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring.
