Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrate best practices in learning aligned to Sponge's strategy.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to drive clear learning outcomes.
  • Deliver client projects on time, within scope, and at high quality.
  • Evaluate the success of learning interventions to ensure impact and alignment with client goals.
  • Support the development of others through knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring.
