We’re looking for a QA Specialist to join our Bespoke team, working across creative, technical and learning content to make sure everything we deliver is spot on. This isn’t about ticking boxes — it’s about elevating the experience. You’ll work closely with Learning Experience Designers, Visual Designers, Developers and Project Managers to ensure every interaction works, every detail lands, and every product feels finished, intentional and high quality. Job Requirements
- Experience in a QA, quality assurance or review-based role (ideally within digital, creative or eLearning environments)
- Strong attention to detail — you notice what others don’t
- Understanding of digital products or eLearning tools (e.g. Storyline, Rise)
- Ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident communicator who can give clear, constructive feedback
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in improving quality
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
Job Responsibilities
- Review digital learning products to ensure quality, functionality, consistency and accuracy
- Test interactions, navigation, audio and visual elements across a range of learning experiences
- Work closely with Learning Experience Designers, Visual Designers, Developers, and Project Managers to resolve issues quickly
- Provide clear, constructive feedback that improves outputs and ways of working
- Track and document QA feedback to support continuous improvement
- Contribute to evolving QA standards and best practice across the Bespoke team
