We are looking for a Marketing Manager to translate senior thinking and consultancy expertise into clear, high-quality marketing and sales assets. This role is both strategic and hands-on – responsible for all marketing copy and content writing across our channels. Working closely with the CMO and our in-house consultancy team, you will turn established points of view into integrated campaigns, including long-form papers, landing pages, webinar scripts, sales messaging frameworks and core website copy.

You will play a central role partnering with our sales team to ensure they are set up for success, and help translate strategy into action, refining our customer personas and shaping how our propositions are articulated in the market. This role suits someone who has worked in a small or mid-sized organisation where they have been hands-on in both planning and execution. You will be responsible for writing and structuring substantial pieces of content and social posts, coordinating input from subject matter experts, and ensuring outputs are clear, commercially aligned and reusable. Strong copywriting ability, sound judgement, and the confidence to build excellent relationships with our sales team is essential.

  • Work with some of the world’s most famous organisations
  • Operate with autonomy
  • Have real influence over growth direction
  • Avoid the hamster wheel of low-value marketing output
  • Market a brand that celebrates experimentation and creativity
  • Join a warm, positive, ‘can-do’ culture
