We’re looking for experienced freelance Learning Experience Designers to jump into fast-moving projects for global clients. You’ll be shaping engaging, learner-centred digital experiences, working alongside our in-house consultants, creatives, and project teams. This is ideal for freelancers who want interesting work, clear briefs, and a trusted partnership — without the fluff.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience designing high-quality digital learning
- Confidence working with Authoring Tools in particular Evolve, Storyline and Rise
- A strong grasp of learning design, structure, and storytelling
- The ability to work independently and hit deadlines
- UK-based availability and strong communication skills
- Bonus points if you’ve worked on Bespoke Learning, global audiences, or complex subject matter.
