Spoken World Productions Ltd is an award-winning Theatre-in‑Education company dedicated to empowering children, young people, and the elderly through drama. Through storytelling, drama, games, and mindfulness‑based activities, we create engaging sessions that support children’s confidence, communication, creativity, and emotional wellbeing. Our work focuses on building safe and inspiring environments where children feel supported to express themselves and grow.

We are looking for a positive, charismatic Lead Drama Facilitator to join our team and lead engaging Thursday sessions for children. Each session explores themes from carefully selected stories and includes interactive drama activities, creative games, and mindfulness exercises that help children develop confidence, empathy, and self‑expression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead creative and engaging drama sessions for children
  • Deliver activities using storytelling, drama, games, and mindfulness techniques
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for participants

  • Adapt activities to suit different group dynamics and needs
Core Skills & Experience
  • Experience facilitating or assisting drama, theatre, or performing arts workshops
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate sessions
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, adaptable, and confident leading groups of children

Essential Requirements
  • Experience working with children (SEN experience is a plus)
