We are looking for a talented Head of Client Services to support the Managing Director in shaping and steering the business to the next level. You will need to have an understanding of our creative services and experience of working with large corporates. You will be able to come up with and shape ideas, but most importantly see where the challenges or problems lie. You will lead the team and calls and meetings and you should be comfortable working at speed with little or no brief. You will need a contacts book to bring in new business from day one and understand that you will play a central role in moving Spoke to the next level.
We deliver quickly for our clients and often at short notice. This means we need to be able to flex and change direction accordingly. As a film agency, we often have to turn up hours before shoots and stay late. This is not a 9-5 agency. But we firmly believe in balance and encouraging people to be responsible for managing their time. We want our colleagues to prioritise clients and the work and understand that we are at our best as a team.
We work in a hybrid way and operate 2 + 1 approach. This means we have two fixed days together each week in our Hampshire office (Monday and Tuesday) with another day in the office or on location where needed (for ideas, shoots or client work). We also operate core hours between 10am and 4pm, which means you must be at work. This is designed to give everyone some flexibility, but on the understanding that clients and the work come first. You will be asked to change direction, attend early and late shoots and travel. We want to make Spoke a place that works for our people but at the core prioritise delivering for our clients, so please keep this in mind when applying for a role.
