About SPLX
SPLX is the category leader in end-to-end AI security on a mission to ensure that the defining technology of our time can be adopted safely and securely. We help enterprises continuously test, harden, and monitor their AI systems against evolving threats, from jailbreaks and data exfiltrations to complex agentic workflow exploits.
With $7M seed funding, Fortune 500 traction, and a world-class AI security platform behind us, we’re scaling fast and shaping the future of how AI gets secured.
The Role
We’re looking for a Content & Growth Marketing Manager with at least 3 years of experience producing and scaling B2B content. This role is for someone who has already run a content engine and is hands-on in writing and publishing content, while also combining that with growth execution.
You’ll drive SPLX’s content engine from blogs and research reports to social campaigns and video while also supporting community engagement, events, and other high-impact growth experiments. It’s a role for someone who enjoys variety, wants to accelerate their career, and is excited to learn across the full B2B SaaS growth stack.
What You’ll Do
Content & Research:
- Own SPLX’s content engine end-to-end: media calendar, research, writing, publishing.
- Translate complex AI security research into clear, authoritative, and engaging narratives.
- Ensure content is search and AI optimised to rank and convert.
- Help produce video content, from drafting scripts to coordinating shoots and editing.
- Manage the media calendar across channels.
- Contribute to growth campaigns: paid media, competitive research, partnerships.
- Support community and DevRel initiatives, helping with events (e.g. exhibitions, dinners, meetups, webinars) and engaging with AI/cybsecurity communities.
Why Join SPLX?
- Shape the category of AI Security at a pivotal growth moment.
- Autonomy to experiment and own initiatives, we hire smart people and give them the space to make an impact.
- Remote-first freedom: thrive from anywhere while staying connected to a global team.
- Learn directly from proven B2B SaaS growth experts, supercharging your skills and accelerating your career trajectory.
- Creative freedom: the space to experiment, measure, and scale what works.
- A chance to build the voice of a company already trusted by Fortune 500s.
Who You Are
You are constantly learning about the latest developments in AI and are motivated by an interest in its secure, safe and responsible adoption. You see yourself as part of the movement shaping how this defining technology integrates into society.
- You are first and foremost a content specialist: you’ve run media calendars, shipped multiple pieces weekly, and know how to turn technical research into compelling narratives. You bring 3+ years of experience managing content at scale in a B2B environment.
- You thrive in high-pace environments, managing multiple streams of work with autonomy and focus.
- You enjoy the freedom and focus that come with working remotely
- You have an analytical mindset, knowing what data to source and how to apply it to make your initiatives data-driven.
- You are AI-native: fluent with LLMs/agents and eager to automate large parts of your workflow.
- You’ve touched multiple areas of growth, whether paid media, community, events, DevRel, or influencer strategy, and are excited to go deeper.
- You are fully fluent in English, both written and spoken, and can craft clear, compelling content for a global audience.
- You fully embed yourself in the industries and communities you engage with, getting to know their dynamics, building relationships with influential figures, and cultivating credibility as a trusted voice within them.
Note: You don’t need to be a master of every growth discipline; what matters is your curiosity, pace, and ownership mindset to learn quickly and make an impact fast.
Sound like you? We’d love to hear from you.
With regards, The SPLX people team.
