Our PS Project Managers lead customers, partner with internal Teams through the implementation of projects using a combination of management and technical skills. They are highly organised, strong communicators and have a real passion for driving successful outcomes. Understand customer technical scope and any onboarding requirements (i.e. background checks, fingerprints, badging, network access, etc.)

Coordinate with customers for schedule availability and resource project accordingly

Partner with other PS Managers to ensure scope is delivered timely and within budget

Build and maintain technical project plans outlining tasks, landmark dates and allocation of resources aligned to statements of work (SOW’s)

Provide timely and accurate status updates to all customer, partner and Splunk team members throughout the projects

Own and handle technical project issues through to resolution, and ensure expectations are clearly set with customer and Splunk teams

Assist in the development and maintenance of project methodology aligned to PS offerings

Maintain and cultivate Splunk, partner, and customer relationships

Identify and promote opportunities for Splunk products and services to meet additional customer requirements

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Splunk products, industry best practices, and project management skills through continuous learning

5+ years project management or service delivery management experience in a customer facing role, with PMP certification or equivalent preferred

Confirmed experience leading delivery of complex customer projects with multi-functional teams using waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies

Demonstrate the confidence and interpersonal skills needed to conduct effective executive presentations

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment while working independently and remotely from other members of your team

BA/BS preferred in business management, computer science, computer engineering or equivalent work experience

Experience working for a software vendor preferred

Base Pay: GBP 50,400.00 – 69,300.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
