About you
splose builds practice management software for allied health providers, and we're looking for an Account Executive to help us grow in the UK market. This is an end to end sales role based in London, reporting to the UK Sales Head and working as part of a collaborative sales team. You'll build pipeline, engage prospective clients, understand their needs, and showcase the value of splose's practice management software. The focus is on new business acquisition and outbound sales within the health tech industry, so you'll thrive on finding and closing new opportunities.
What you'll do
- Drive high volume outbound sales activities to identify and qualify potential clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closed sale
- Present product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of splose's SaaS solutions
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting
- Maintain existing revenue by closing current pipeline and leveraging existing relationships
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop effective sales strategies and tactics
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently closing new business
What you'll bring
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in SaaS sales, SMB experience preferred
- Demonstrated outbound sales experience with the ability to proactively prospect
- A track record of exceeding quota expectations
- Experience building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Solid understanding of sales process methodology
- Results driven and self motivated, with a strong hunter mentality that thrives on finding new business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Comfortable with high volume outbound activity
- Ambitious, with a growth mindset
- Experience in the allied health market is a bonus
