The role As Spliit's founding Senior Marketing Manager, you will own day-to-day marketing for our UK launch and early growth.
Reporting to the CEO and working across Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology, you will turn agreed strategy into coordinated activity across acquisition, creative, CRM and content.
This is not a narrow channel role or one built around managing a large team.
One day you may review paid performance and brief creative; the next, build an email journey, improve a landing page or work with a creator.
Specialist agencies and senior advisers will support you, but you will own the work on Spliit's side.
