Splice is seeking a Corporate Development Contractor to shape and execute its M&A strategy over a 3–6 month engagement, working directly with the VP of Corporate Development across origination, research and pipeline management, valuation, diligence, and post‑merger integration.
You will partner with Finance, Legal and business units to drive growth, translate market signals into insights, and support capital allocation decisions with analytical rigor.
