THE ROLE:
As a Senior Product Manager, Growth at Splice, you will craft high-impact experiences that fuel user and revenue growth across Splice's multi-product ecosystem. You’ll work at the intersection of product strategy, experimentation, and execution; partnering closely with other product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, data scientists, marketing, finance, legal, and customer experience teams to bring ideas from concept to launch. Your scope will span the full customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding through activation, monetization, engagement, and retention. You’ll lead both iterative optimization and mission-critical, strategic initiatives, including greenfield work that requires navigating ambiguity, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and building new growth levers from the ground up. This role requires strong systems thinking, crisp communication, and a hands-on approach to experimentation. You’ll use data, research, and rapid prototyping to test hypotheses, learn quickly, and continuously improve business outcomes while delivering thoughtful, creator-centric experiences.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead company-wide strategic growth initiatives that thread the needle between platform investments and customer experiences across the full funnel.
- Define growth problems, form clear hypotheses, design and run experiments, and combine quantitative & qualitative insight to drive measurable impact.
- Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and design end-to-end customer journeys tailored to those ICPs across Splice's multi-product ecosystem.
- Drive subscription conversion, ARPS, and engagement by creating effective habit loops, onboarding flows, pricing experiments, and lifecycle touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Finance, and CX to align product-led growth initiatives with go-to-market strategy, experimentation velocity, and business goals.
- Translate ambiguous business objectives into clear product bets, success metrics, and execution plans, and communicate progress and learnings to leadership.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2C SaaS, freemium, or subscription-based products.
- Proven experience owning growth, lifecycle, or funnel optimization initiatives with a strong track record of impact.
- Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, analytics, and metrics-driven decision making (e.g., conversion, retention, LTV, ARPS, cohort analysis).
- Strong product sense with the ability to balance customer experience, platform constraints, and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience influencing without authority.
- Solid understanding of subscription economics and hybrid pricing models.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience in music tech or creator platforms.
- Experience working with or adjacent to commerce platforms, including billing, payments, pricing infrastructure, or checkout flows.
- Exposure to AI-powered products, personalization systems, or data-driven content discovery.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and value-prop messaging.
The national pay range for this role is $148,320 - $185,400. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
