Responsibilities
- Handle IT and administrative tasks required to keep staff and clients efficiently working.
- Speak to clients and collaborate with all departments to troubleshoot issues.
- Travel between buildings and locations on demand to attend to issues.
- Work with enterprise hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
- Gain knowledge of Post Production technologies first hand at a leading London Post Production Facility.
Whatever the issue, you won’t be alone, and will be guided by our experienced Engineering Team.
Qualifications
- Quickly grasp technical concepts and solutions; provide internal and external support.
- Comfortable with a command line environment.
- Basic understanding of IP networking.
- Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Team player willing to collaborate and follow direction from the current team.
Advantageous
- Familiarity with a command line environment.
- Experience installing operating systems.
- Experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems.
- Understanding basics of IP networking.
