Care Financial Controller , you'll play a pivotal role in leading the financial performance of our care division, partnering closely with operational leaders to ensure robust financial control, accurate reporting and informed commercial decision-making across our care homes.
Reporting to the Group Operations Finance Director, you'll combine financial expertise with operational insight, helping to drive occupancy, profitability and sustainable growth while ensuring financial governance and compliance remain at the heart of everything we do.
From leading month-end reporting and forecasting to supporting strategic initiatives and identifying opportunities for improvement, no two days are the same.
