Splendid Communications is looking for an experienced Social & Digital Account Manager to join our busy social team, working across high-profile consumer brands in the food and drink space. We help brands shape stories that people share, that change perceptions, spark actions and drive results. We believe the best brand-building happens when strategy, creativity and delivery are pulling in the same direction.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to make a huge impact working on high-profile food, drink, retail, lifestyle and consumer tech clients, covering the full range of creative briefs from always-on activity to major campaigns. This is a varied, fast-paced role for someone confident managing clients, leading campaigns, and delivering standout social content from strategy through to execution.

  • Be the day-to-day lead for clients, building trusted relationships and managing expectations.
  • Lead social campaigns from planning to execution, delivering standout content across platforms.
  • Oversee always-on and campaign content, including shoots, events and live social.
  • Work closely with creative, production and influencer partners to bring ideas to life.
  • Support, mentor and motivate junior team members.
  • Spot opportunities, manage risks and help accounts grow.
  • Proven experience managing social or digital accounts within an agency.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content creation and reporting.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a busy environment.

Take breaks with 25 days of paid holiday a year, plus eight bank holidays. This rises by 1 day for each year of service to a maximum of 30 days. Celebrate your Birthday with an additional day off. Christmas Close Down – we close our office between Christmas and New Year, giving you 3 extra days off for the festive period. Balance work and home life with our Hybrid working policy – working 2 days from home and 3 days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Early 4.30 pm finish on Friday. Sabbaticals - after 3 years’ service. Work from anywhere - after 2 years’ service.
