Splend in London is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to own the UK people plan across employee relations, engagement, performance and end-to-end recruitment. You’ll report to the Chief People Officer in AU and partner closely with the UK General Manager to shape the people agenda.
You’ll coach leaders, manage UK policies and governance, lead recruitment with our Talent Coordinator, and drive system improvements including an HRIS migration and AI-enabled processes.
