Splend in the UK is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Coordinator to be the face of our InLife team for existing customers throughout their subscription. Based in Cricklewood, you’ll resolve issues early, protect trust, and drive retention across the UK fleet.
You’ll handle accidents, warranty issues, breakdowns and terminations, mentoring colleagues and shaping the InLife function, with weekend flexibility and cross‑team collaboration to keep customers and vehicles moving.
