About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our London team. This is a hands-on, generalist role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple areas of marketing. From events and partnerships to content creation and campaign execution, you’ll make an impact from day one. You’ll play a key role in bringing marketing initiatives to life locally, supporting both strategic priorities and day-to-day execution. If you’re someone who takes initiative, enjoys problem-solving, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, this role is for you.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the planning and execution of events and activations in London
- Creating engaging marketing content across channels (email, social, in product, web)
- Using AI tools to improve content creation, workflows, and campaign efficiency
- Assisting in the rollout of campaigns and partnerships
- Managing multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
- Collaborating with cross-functional and global teams
What you'll bring
- 3-4+ years experience in a marketing role (generalist or multi-disciplinary)
- Strong initiative and a proactive, can-do mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience supporting events, activations, or partnerships
- Familiarity with AI and tools e.g. Salesforce, BeeFree, Canva, Figma, Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite etc.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
