About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Claims Administrator to support our Motor Claims team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of claims, documentation, financials, and communication across the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Allocating new claims and correspondence, maintaining accurate system data and supporting the wider team with day-to-day workflow planning.
  • Updating and managing claims financials, including cash book reporting from the Finance team, ensuring records are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting with internal reporting and cleansing system data where necessary to maintain data integrity.
  • Liaising with repairers to confirm vehicle return dates, processing purchase order approvals and ensuring internal systems are updated accordingly.
  • Uploading and reconciling engineering and repair invoices to the correct claim files, including resolving any documentation discrepancies.
