Splend is seeking a friendly and proactive InLife Coordinator to greet customers at our Cricklewood hub and assist with vehicle handovers, inspections and contract queries. You’ll resolve issues face-to-face, document interactions, and work with fleet and sales teams to keep things moving smoothly.
You’ll need excellent customer service and clear communication, a calm approach under pressure, a full UK driving licence, and flexibility for Weekday hours plus Saturday rotation.
