About the Company: As SplashBI continues its expansion in the UK, Europe and Asia we are expanding our pre-sales team and seeking a highly skilled Sales person with over 5 years of experience in client engagement, solution demonstrations, and driving sales opportunities for our People Analytics Solution.
Overview
NOTE: This role is based in the UK.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. He/she will be responsible for driving sales of our AI-driven enterprise People Analytics solution in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in People Analytics solutions and possess exceptional sales skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the entire sales opportunity process—from strategy and outreach to close
- Build a high-quality pipeline via self-sourcing, and marketing-qualified leads
- Sell across the full SplashBI suite: People Analytics, Dashboards, Reporting, and Conversational AI
- Address enterprise analytics needs with confidence—our platform scales across many industries, departments, systems, and use cases
- Partner with stakeholders like CHROs, HRIS leaders, People Ops, and Business Intelligence teams
- Collaborate with technology partners (Oracle, SAP, Workday, UKG, and others) to expand opportunities
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Product to tailor complex solutions that integrate with systems like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), WD, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise data sources.
- Feed insights back to marketing and product teams to keep messaging sharp, compelling, and relevant
- Represent SplashBI at key industry events, summits, and virtual conferences
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Platform, HR tech, or enterprise analytics sales
- Proven track record in new logo acquisition—you know how to hunt and close
- Comfort selling into HR, People, and Business Intelligence functions
- Strong consultative selling ability—you connect needs to outcomes
- Familiarity with enterprise HRIS and reporting platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, UKG)
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; confident engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Confidence working independently with the support of a collaborative team
