Office Manager Role and Responsibilities
The office manager will manage the general operations of Splash BI UK. You will be expected to perform an array of tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.
Supporting UK management in all aspects of the company’s business.
Supporting US and India accounting functions to ensure accurate contract onboarding, client invoicing and accounts payable.
Credit control and potentially handle some escalation issues for past-due accounts.
Providing HR support, including assisting with hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
Helping to communicate changes in procedure to the staff members and ensuring strict adherence to them.
Helping to organise meetings and appointments, oversee travel arrangements and maintain calendars and schedules.
