Players compete for real-money prizes in games that are light, fun, and fair. We’re early-stage but growing fast, with strong retention and monetisation metrics - and now we’re ready to ramp up acquisition.
To help us hit our ambitious growth targets, we’re looking for a top-tier, data-driven Fractional UA Specialist to lead our paid UA efforts across Meta, Apple Search Ads (ASA), and emerging in-game ad networks on a part-time basis.
About the role:
- Develop and execute high-impact UA campaigns across Meta and ASA, with the goal of acquiring quality users at scale.
- Test and launch campaigns on in-game ad networks (e.g., PropellerAds, Unity Ads, etc.).
- Own performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention) and continuously optimise creatives, targeting, and spend (via AppsFlyer).
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, iterate quickly, and scale what works.
- Collaborate with the founding team to align on targets, creative strategy, and insights.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A UA expert with proven experience in growing mobile apps (ideally with experience in mobile games).
- You’ve run profitable campaigns on Meta and ASA, and have experience testing/adapting to new platforms.
- You’re data-obsessed - driven by metrics and results.
- You thrive in start-up environments: fast-moving and full of opportunity.
