Responsibilities

  • Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
  • Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
  • Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards while embodying PDS Health’s values.

Qualifications

Required: Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program. Current state license to practice dental hygiene.

Preferred: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to patient care and education.
