Spitfire Homes is looking for a dynamic new Sales Consultant to join our team in the Clarendon collection, Coventry. As a Sales Consultant at Spitfire Homes, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, supporting them through every stage of their journey to finding and purchasing their new home.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales in line with the agreed sales rate and revenue targets
- Maintain high standards in presentation of the sales area and show homes
- Handle inbound enquiries while actively managing the database of leads to secure sales
- Progress sales post reservation, liaising with relevant parties to exchange contracts in a timely manner
- Deliver an excellent service throughout the various stages of the customer journey
- Maintain awareness of competitors and their sales and marketing activity
- Liaise with the on‑site construction team to drive presentation and stay aware of the build programme
- Comply with relevant health & safety requirements
Requirements
- Full driving licence
- Previous experience within a sales role
- Commercial acumen, with a resilient nature
- Target‑driven with strong negotiation skills
- Able to work in a team and on own initiative
- Attention to detail and highly conscious of the importance of presentation
- Confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Strong organisational skills
- Plenty of drive with a strong sense of ownership
Hours and Benefits
TBC based on experience – basic salary plus commission
25 days of annual leave per annum plus bank holiday allowance, company car, private medical insurance, medical cash plan and pension.
