Spirotech Group, based in Sawtry, are actively looking for welder fabricators to join our Manufacturing team. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of working with Mild steel and Stainless steel using Tig and Mig, producing bespoke fabrications to a high standard.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a welder / fabricator (Essential)
- SVQ or City and Guilds qualified to level 3 (Advantageous)
- Proficient in welding techniques such as TIG/ MIG (Essential)
- Capable of passing TIG/ MIG coding’s (Essential)
- Interpret specifications, drawings, and instructions (Essential)
- Can demonstrate a clear understanding of the sequence of events required to fabricate a product from start to finish (Essential)
- Committed to adhering to company health and safety policy and procedures (Essential)
- Willingness to learn new skills and continually progress through the business
