Spiritbridge.io is a young independent business setup to help assist craft spirits producers across the world with business and production management on spirits and alcoholic beverages. The spirits production landscape is a complicated one whether you are a new brand or an existing brand; there are always issues to overcome and efficiencies to be made with many thousands of partners across the market. Spiritbridge aims to distil all this expertise to help new and existing brands navigate this world by offering a comprehensive outsourced capabilities business for the spirits industry.

Our Offering

  • Sourcing and sampling of liquid – including all aspects of NPD e.g. sourcing a variety of rums to sample or flavours from a selection of flavour houses
  • Finding the right dry goods at the right price, including bottles, corks and closures, capsules, cartons and labels
  • Bringing your ideas to life by giving you access to a pool of expert designers within the spirits industry
  • Comparing quotes from all our bottling partners to find the right price and fit for your project then booking and managing your production date
  • Planning all of this to arrive and reconciling ahead of production to ensure a smooth process without the headaches and stress, allowing you to focus on growing the brand
  • Organising post-production: onward delivery, navigating the legal landscape and transport and warehousing partners
  • Connecting you with partners and specialists to give you the right tools to sell, including PR, distributors, sales consultancy, export ready
  • Making it happen: no matter what the size, big or small. One bottle to one million bottles
  • Providing consultancy, legal assistance and solutions to one-off production issues
  • Order processing, customer service, account management, procurement and bookkeeping

What are we looking for?

  • Self-starter that can work independently on multiple diverse projects within the operations and supply chain team
  • Experience managing forecasts and demand planning
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Services and Supply Chain teams
  • An understanding of sales forecasts and analysis performance over multiple brands. Working over multiple clients and projects, across several bottling and canning sites, ranging from craft liquids, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Communication and forward thinking is key within this role, analysing data and historical trends. Foreseeing critical demands on trends
  • Ability to challenge constructively and confidently
  • Purchasing for demand and scale economy
  • FMCG advantageous but not essential

Core Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of forecasting activities and support key business decisions through sales data analysis
  • Creating, maintaining, and continuously improving forecast models
  • Analyse sales trends, promotional activity and volume changes against forecast assumptions
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to manage forecast changes and align stock balances
  • Share forecasting and inventory data with Customer Services Team
  • Review historical sales trends to support future planning
  • Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to understand capabilities, capacity and pressure points across contract bottlers and canning partners
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting and day-to-day planning
  • Ownership of procurement for long-term COG's savings

Personal / Experience

  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • FMCG industry experience advantageous though not essential
  • Broad knowledge of forecasting, planning and inventory control
  • Strong IT skills including advanced Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
