GP opportunity - £11.4k per session, 9‐month fixed‐term contract

Location: Brownsover Medical Centre, Rugby

Sessions: 6 per week

About the role

A GP who provides comprehensive medical care to patients, ensuring high standards of clinical excellence, patient safety, and satisfaction. Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care and contributes to service improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients within the practice.
  • Ensure high standards of clinical excellence, patient safety, and satisfaction.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of primary healthcare services.

Qualifications and experience

  • Qualified GP with accreditation.
  • Current registration with the GMC and NHS performers list (no conditions or restrictions).
  • Evidence of CPD and ongoing learning.
  • MRCGP examination or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of clinical governance.
  • Understanding of the political agenda and drivers influencing primary care provision.
  • Good organisational and IT skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, written and verbal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering quality, patient‐focused services.

Experience

  • Experience of working in a GP surgery.
