Key responsibilities

Qualifications and experience
- Qualified GP with accreditation.
- Current registration with the GMC and NHS performers list (no conditions or restrictions).

- MRCGP examination or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of clinical governance.
- Understanding of the political agenda and drivers influencing primary care provision.
- Good organisational and IT skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, written and verbal skills.
- Commitment to delivering quality, patient‑focused services.

- Experience of working in a GP surgery.
