Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver the EMPOWER programme to patients, including face‑to‑face courses in the advertised area and occasional video courses.
- Ensure all programmes follow the curriculum, syllabus, educator handbook, lesson plan and service operating manuals.
- Adhere to Spirit policies and procedures.
- Deliver the service on evenings and weekends as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Clinical or non‑clinical educator with experience in teaching or training adults.
- Enthusiastic self‑starter with strong communication skills.
- Ability to promote self‑care and support patients in achieving positive health outcomes.
- Work autonomously, reliably, punctual and confident.
- Locally based within the advertised area, own a car and hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Capacity for travel within the area to deliver face‑to‑face courses in community settings.
- Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
