Brand: Spirit Halloween Responsibilities: The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, starting in July and ending in November. Responsible for all aspects of store operations across an average of 3 stores, including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink management, and related functions. Oversee construction, opening, operation, and teardown of Spirit stores. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a flexible schedule, and possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
