Compensation and Benefits
Hourly rate ranges from $17.50 to $17.75, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include Massachusetts Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay, and End of Season Premium Pay. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualification criteria.
Responsibilities
- Assist in staffing, merchandising, setup, and teardown of the seasonal store.
- Support the Store Manager in operations to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Maintain guest services, develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and manage inventory.
Requirements

- Flexible schedule.
