Spirit Clothing 2000 Ltd is an established fashion supplier working with leading UK and international brands including Oliver Bonas, Whistles, Nobody’s Child, Phase Eight and Monsoon. We design and deliver high-quality garments across a wide range of categories, partnering closely with our customers to bring their collections to life. Our head office is based in Borough, London, with a close-knit team of 25 staff, supported by a further 40 colleagues in our Vietnam office. Together, we combine creative design, technical expertise and ethical production to deliver consistently high standards for our clients.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Junior Production Merchandiser to support the management of customer orders from confirmation through to delivery. This role is suited to someone in their second role within production, merchandising, or supply chain, who is ready to take on more responsibility while continuing to develop their skills. You will work closely with customers, overseas offices, and suppliers, with support from senior team members, and play an important role in keeping orders on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer critical paths for existing orders, sending weekly updates to customers.
- Liaise daily with the Vietnam Representative Office to monitor order progress via the company’s online system.
- Prepare and submit strike-offs, lab dips, and bulk approvals, managing customer feedback and escalating rejections where needed.
- Communicate with fabric and trim suppliers to track approvals and confirm bulk delivery dates.
- Proactively communicate delivery updates or potential delays to customers and support troubleshooting of issues before they elevate.
- Chase purchase orders (POs) once orders are confirmed and ensure all details are correct.
- Maintain accurate order information across systems and documentation.

- Previous experience in a production, merchandising, or supply chain coordination role.
- Confident communication skills, with regular experience speaking to customers and suppliers by phone and email.
