Spirit Cartel is on the hunt for a dynamic and commercially driven Prestige Account Manager to represent a portfolio of premium and luxury spirits across London’s elite hospitality scene. You will be the driving force behind listings in iconic hotels, trend-setting bars, restaurants, and exclusive members clubs—helping our brands shine in all the right places.

What You Will be Doing (include but not limited to):

  • Win Strategic Listings: Secure direct and third-party listings that are brand-aligned, commercially sound, and long-term.
  • Be Our Brand Ambassador: Represent Spirit Cartel and its agency partners as the trade-recognised face across the UK’s on- and off-trade.
  • Drive Growth: Deliver KPI-level agreements (pouring, cocktail, and listing) and support volume growth through clever, targeted initiatives.
  • Command the Scene: Keep your finger on the pulse of London’s bar and nightlife culture—spotting trends, acting fast, and influencing tastemakers.
  • Execute Activations: Implement high-impact marketing and trade activations that engage the right audiences and build brand equity.
  • Train & Inspire: Host brand trainings and cocktail sessions, captivating and educating bartenders and bar managers with your expertise.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in premium/luxury drinks or hospitality sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—your charm and professionalism make an impression.
  • Deep understanding of the cocktail and bar scene, especially across prestige London venues.
  • Enthusiastic about spirits, highly knowledgeable about cocktails, and confident in training and presenting to expert audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, driven, and solution-oriented.
  • Comfortable with flexible hours to suit the rhythm of the industry.
  • Commercially astute, and numerate – comfortable with pricing models, P&L interpretation and the inputting of data into software.

Working Pattern: This role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:30) but the individual must be flexible according to business needs.

Location: This is a field based role in London.
