Job Description

Private Practice Physiotherapist Role – Didcot, Oxfordshire.

– 3 days a week, 24 hours total

– £35-40k pro rata salary (40hrs)

– 60 minute appointments (including follow-ups)

– Weekly 1:1 supervision, in-service training and CPD budget

Spires Physiotherapy is a highly rated private physiotherapy company. We've achieved our great reputation by hiring motivated physiotherapists then providing them with the support, training and the working environment required for them to thrive and provide an excellent service to our patients.

We're looking for a thoughtful physiotherapist with some musculoskeletal experience, not necessarily private practice experience but that would be useful, to work in our Didcot clinic. You would be expected to assess, treat and manage a caseload of people with musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. You would be expected to do so independently, but with the ongoing support of our clinical and management team with whom you would have ample contact and supervision time. The pro-rata salary will be £35-40K depending on experience and we're looking for someone to work 3 days per week, with the possibility of increasing to full-time hours at a later date.

Minimal requirements for the role are:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy

– HCPC Registered

– 2 years' experience as a physiotherapist

– UK based MSK experience

We allow a minimum of 60 minutes for each appointment, including follow-ups, so there's always plenty of time for administration and a short break in between patients. There are also dedicated breaks throughout the working day, including a paid lunch break.

At first, the successful applicant would go through our on-boarding process which includes clinical and administrative training. This enables you to build confidence with our IT systems and enables us to get to know your working style and training needs going forward. We have regular in-service training for the whole team, 1-1 supervision sessions and a CPD budget for each physiotherapist to spend on external courses.

Spires Physiotherapy is a growing company with ambitious goals for the future. We pride ourselves on providing a great service while maintaining a healthy work balance for our physiotherapists. If you feel this may be the right career move for you, please do get in touch.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week

Benefits:

  • Company pension
  • Sick pay
  • Supervision from a senior physiotherapist
  • CPD budget
  • Paid lunch breaks
