Spires Physiotherapy is a highly rated private physiotherapy company. We've achieved our great reputation by hiring motivated physiotherapists then providing them with the support, training and the working environment required for them to thrive and provide an excellent service to our patients.

We're looking for a thoughtful physiotherapist with some musculoskeletal experience, not necessarily private practice experience but that would be useful, to work in our Oxford clinic. You would be expected to do so independently, but with the ongoing support of our clinical and management team with whom you would have ample contact and supervision time.

This is an employed role with a salary range of £38-£48K depending on experience. Full time hours, preferably across 5 days per week.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • 2 years' experience as a physiotherapist.

There are also dedicated breaks throughout the working day, including a paid lunch break. We utilise technology to keep our admin to a minimum with the use of intuitive, integrated software for notes and exercise programs. We also use Heidi Health AI scribe - no more typing your own notes or writing referral letters manually!

At first, the successful applicant would go through our on-boarding process which includes clinical and administrative training. This enables you to build confidence with our IT systems and enables us to get to know your working style and training needs going forward. We have regular in-service training for the whole team, weekly 1-1 supervision sessions and a CPD budget for each physiotherapist to spend on external courses.

Spires Physiotherapy is a growing company with ambitious goals for the future. We pride ourselves on providing a great service while maintaining a healthy work balance for our physiotherapists.
