You’ll be responsible for one of our Group Brand Accounts (Spires), cost-effectively assessing, auditing, structuring and implementing PPC marketing campaigns focused on growth. This role will also involve setting up and optimising new activity, liaising with key stakeholders, working with our current PPC Specialist and compiling in-depth progress and performance reports on a regular basis.

We are looking for an excellent communicator who is proactive, results-driven and versatile, with significant, demonstrable experience in delivering successful PPC campaigns.
Key responsibilities:- Plan, optimise, create and execute multiple paid media campaigns on a daily basis for one of our group brands to include: Google Ads, Bing Ads, remarketing and display to generate quality leads and increased conversion, in line with company KPI’s and growth targets.
- Increase click-through rates (CTR), quality scores, conversions, and conversion rates while reducing cost-per-click (CPC).
- Monitor and maintain keyword bids, budgets, impression share and account metrics.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of channel and campaign performance and optimise regularly for continued growth.
- Conduct regular keyword research and identify areas of opportunity for optimisation.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports, tracking metrics, revenue, and other paid search initiatives and feedback to internal teams through weekly meetings.
- Managing Google Tag Manager/GA4.
- Present data-backed business cases to improve efficiency and drive new customer acquisition.
- Contribute to achieving acquisition, revenue, ROAS and customer LTV targets in critical markets.
- Establish and enhance efficient processes and workflows.
- Effectively communicate search strategies, optimisation techniques, and results to key stakeholders.
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights, optimise spending and channel/campaign performance and adjust campaign strategies to ensure optimal ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance campaigns and achieve optimised performance results.
- Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts, and contribute to new paid search marketing initiatives.
- Monitor, administer and update web analytics tools, dashboards, and reports, highlighting areas of importance.
- Propose A/B, split, and multivariate testing across accounts.
- Foster excellent working relationships with key departments, managers, and third-party platform suppliers.
- Stay updated on PPC industry trends and developments, and propose, develop and implement new PPC strategies as needed.
- At least 8 years PPC/Paid Media experience within a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with advanced Google Ads features, such as performance max, smart bidding strategies, automation, audiences, display and data driven attribution.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (Setting up Key Events, Custom Reports, Custom Dimensions etc).
- Be able to carry out comprehensive conversion rate analysis and ROI reporting for PPC accounts.
- Possess good organisational skills and the proven ability to execute successful PPC strategies.
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
- Experience of using Google Analytics software.
- Experience managing large-scale, high-turnover accounts and budgets.
- Demonstrated track record of driving PPC performance and achieving tangible business results.
- Excellent managerial skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to analyse data and develop optimised account strategies based on insights.
- Strong numerical and organisational skills with proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills (Outlook, Word).
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage projects effectively.
- Excellent team player with a strong work ethic and a professional attitude, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
