This role offers the exciting challenge of providing technical and project support across Spirent\’s Tailored Solutions portfolio. The Tailored Solutions team primarily works with Spirent\’s leading-edge GNSS simulators across the Positioning Navigation and Timing technologies. This role supports the successful delivery of Tailored Solutions by translating technical proposals into clear and structured delivery inputs, including accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs). In supporting this portfolio, you will be involved in all technical and project phases of Spirent\’s Product Realisation Process, with exposure to the full end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
The role also provides the opportunity to engage directly with customers on complex, customer-facing solution proposals.

Qualifications
Education
- Degree-qualified in a relevant technology discipline, ideally specialising in GNSS, Software, or RF Engineering.
Experience
- Demonstratable experience working as an individual technical contributor.
- Proven ability in requirements gathering and technical proposal writing, including direct customer interaction.
- Preparing process-related materials such as Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Familiarity with R&D methods (ideally GNSS-based), GNSS testing, and simulator development.
- Ability to quickly understand new technologies and evaluate their practical applications.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in standard engineering tools and software.
