The Quality Engineer ensures consistent delivery of high-quality positioning products and services by driving compliance with internal quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory frameworks. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and support teams to implement quality processes, lead root cause investigations, and support continual improvement initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to help foster a culture of quality, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications:

  • Formal qualification in Quality, Electronics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality engineering or technical QA within a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in quality methodologies (FMEA, RCA, CAPA, SPC, process validation).
  • Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting reliability and performance data.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing at senior levels.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
