As an Assembler, you will be a key member of the Spirent Operations Team responsible for the assembly, integration, and test of production and service units within the PNT simulation test market. This role focuses on supporting product builds, production orders, repairs, and rework activities to meet operational targets for quality, cost, and delivery. Working within a structured production environment, you will follow established processes and documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality output while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:- Demonstrated hands-on experience in production assembly within a high-tech or electronics manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Experience working within structured manufacturing processes and production targets.
- Quality-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Process-driven and able to follow documented work instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
