Spirehouse are working with a leading South West law firm, to recruit a Senior Associate into their Agriculture & Land team in Somerset.
The Opportunity
The firm has a strong regional reputation for practical, commercially focused advice, and their Agriculture & Land team acts for a wide range of landowners, farmers, estates, and rural businesses across the South West and beyond.
As Senior Associate, you will manage a high-quality caseload spanning sales and purchases of farms, estates, and rural land, agricultural tenancies, rural land development and diversification projects, succession planning support, and agricultural finance and security work. You will develop strong client relationships and work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver joined-up solutions.

Requirements
- NQ+ Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience across agricultural, rural property, or commercial property law
- Strong technical skills in property transactions with a genuine interest in the rural sector
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience of or appetite for mentoring more junior team members
