Spirehouse are working with a well-regarded law firm in Somerset to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at 5+ years PQE, based in Bath on a hybrid working pattern.
The Opportunity
This is a broad commercial property role covering acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, financing and development projects. You'll take ownership of your matters and client relationships, helping clients navigate their options and make well-informed decisions.
The Commercial Property team works closely with colleagues across the firm including specialists in planning, dispute resolution, corporate and residential property so you'll be operating within a genuinely collaborative environment where joined-up advice is the norm.

Requirements
· Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial property
· Sound technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, and development
· Ability to take ownership of matters and manage client relationships independently
· Interest in contributing to business development and the growth of a commercial property practice
