Award winning and dynamic Legal 500 law firm seeks a Commercial Solicitor to join their Commercial & Corporate department for a period of 12 months due to maternity leave.

The Opportunity

The role will be broad, including but not limited to commercial contracts, business partnerships (collaborations), business financing & venture capital investment and data / GDPR matters. The ideal candidate will be located within London or a commutable distance to Central London. A competitive rate is on offer. Individuals are encouraged to apply to discuss their specific requirements and working arrangements. If successful, there is the possibility of joining the firm on a longer-term basis, to include the possibility of joining the team permanently.

Requirements

This role is well suited to individuals between 1 and 6 years’ PQE, although individuals slightly outside of this bracket are encouraged to apply. Hybrid working is available for 2 days per week, in-office presence is required at least 3 days per week.
