Court of Protection Locum sought on behalf of a Northamptonshire based law firm on an on-going basis.
This role is open to full-time and part-time Solicitors, Legal Executives or Fee Earners who have experience dealing with elderly & vulnerable clients.
The Opportunity:
Covering on an on-going basis, you will manage a mixed caseload including Deputyship applications, management of clients’ property and financial affairs, and handling potential safeguarding issues.
The firm are seeking a locum who can be office based.
Requirements:
- Able to explain complex instructions in an easily understandable manner
- Comfortable and empathetic with vulnerable clients and difficult family situations
- Can handle pressure and effectively prioritise tasks whilst managing a demanding workload
- Fulltime in the office in Northamptonshire
