Spirehouse are recruiting a Senior Associate to join the highly regarded Real Estate team at a leading national law firm, on a permanent basis in their Birmingham office.
The Opportunity
Our client is a top 50 UK law firm with an excellent reputation for advising a prestigious and diverse client base across complex commercial property matters. You will take on a varied caseload spanning land acquisitions, property investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, retail, leisure and healthcare development, and general property management including surrenders, licences, easements, rent reviews, and lease renewals. This role would suit an experienced commercial property solicitor looking to develop their career within a firm that is genuinely committed to its people.
