A rare senior leadership opportunity has arisen for an experienced legal professional to lead the Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) function within a leading national Employment, Pensions & Immigration practice. This is a strategic role focused on shaping legal knowledge, training and innovation across a fast-growing, highly regarded team.
The Opportunity
- You will lead a talented PSL team, driving high-quality legal content, training delivery and knowledge management across the practice.
- A key part of the role is championing digital transformation – improving how legal know-how is delivered through automation, technology and modern knowledge tools.
- Working closely with partners and innovation specialists, you will play a central role in strengthening the firm’s national employment law offering and ensuring lawyers and clients stay ahead of legal and market developments.
