You'll manage a varied caseload across PI, Clinical Negligence and Claims Against Public Authorities, working closely with clients, medical experts and opposing parties to deliver high-quality legal advice and outcomes.
The Opportunity
Working as part of a close-knit and collaborative team, you'll manage your own caseload while building strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing a caseload of PI and Clinical Negligence matters.
- Advising clients and providing clear, timely legal advice.
- Handling Claims Against Public Authorities claims.
- Taking client instructions and drafting legal documents.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients, opponents and medical experts.
- Negotiating with opposing parties to achieve positive outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate case records and documentation.
- Managing client expectations throughout the litigation process.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with experience in
PI or Clinical Negligence .
- Experience of Claims Against Public Authorities, Abuse or Human Rights litigation would be advantageous.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially aware, flexible and able to manage a varied caseload.
