Company Commercial solicitor sought for a well-respected and long established firm. The firm are seeking to recruit a Company Commercial Solicitor for their Worcester office, in a role which offers a clear pathway to Partnership. With a company client base of mostly of private limited companies and family businesses; work includes company matters as well as significant property-related tasks and some focus on rural/agricultural clients as well. Independently manage a caseload of corporate and commercial matters, to include approximately 40% commercial property. Provide expert guidance on freehold and leasehold commercial property and associated finance matters.
